Gather your favourite people, dim the lights and let the sound do the rest. A Rebalance Evening brings the calm of my sound baths into your home, just for you and your guests.
Your evening includes
- A short welcome and intention-setting for the group
- A Reiki-infused sound bath of about an hour, with singing bowls and gentle sound
- Soft candlelight and eye masks for everyone
- A small handmade keepsake for each guest to take home
No big empty room needed
Guests can lie on mats, stretch out on the sofa or curl up in an armchair, whatever feels most comfortable. Just tell me a little about your space and how many you'd like to invite, and I'll let you know what works. Bring yourselves, a favourite blanket and something comfy to wear. Hosts, a pot of herbal tea and a few nibbles afterwards make a lovely way to round off the evening.
