Counselling offers one-to-one support for adults and young people aged 4 years and above. Combining intuitive and practical skills for the purpose of addressing individual needs. Mentoring sessions can include, coaching, therapeutic art, mindfulness, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, restorative work and support to grow in self-confidence.
Sarah’s ability to connect with others has developed naturally during her career, supporting children and adults who have physical and mental health struggles. Sarah specialises in sharing de-stress and coping techniques, LGBTQ, sexuality and gender support and exploring self and limitations through therapeutic art and sound therapy.

Sarah has 27 years of experience in supporting people, holding a Health & Social Care qualification, qualified in Counselling & Supervision, and is a Mental Health Champion for Mind, Gendered Intelligence Certificate holder, and a qualified Sound Therapist.
