The soothing sound bath will support you to truly descend into a state of bliss, leaving feeling you clear, connected, and filled with Joy!

A bit about me... 

Sarah is a natural healer and feels deeply connected to this ancient healing modality and passing it on to others.  Sarah is a qualified sound therapist and offers both 1-1 treatments and workshops, holding a space where nothing is expected of you, giving you time to yourself and space to enjoy the moments that follow during the sound bath at ease.  

This meditative technique supports reducing stress and anxiety in the body, aiding better and deeper sleep and help to rebuild and heal neuro pathways that have been damaged during episodes of chronic pain, trauma and stress, as you enter into a deep relaxation,  the body will find its natural balance.    

Sarah will bring the sound bath seamlessly to you, taking your relaxation to a deeper level.  The instruments used during a sound bath are very unique, they are attuned to assist your mind to open and you're body to relax as they take you on a journey, surrounding you with vibration and sound, leaving you with rejuvenating energy like no other.  Sarah will play crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, a 32-inch gong and a variety of chimes.

Please pre-book, we only have 10 spaces so booking is essential.  Parking can be found next door to Essential Space on Knapp Road (next door to RSPCA) in Cheltenham or at Waitrose which is only a 3-minute walk and also free of charge for up to 3 hours.
